Email notifications stopped working for me, even though I didn’t change any preferences.

There also used to be a mailing list mode setting somewhere but can’t find it anymore…
The recent upgrade passed ‘mailing list mode’ disabled by default because on large instances it could occur unexpected email costs according to the changelog. I re-enabled it, so you should start receiving emails again, starting with this one. Thanks for the heads up.
